Who are we? Well…
Aunty Betty’s is a lovely wee ice cream, dessert and sweetie shop in Stonehaven. Known for its quirky style, fully loaded toppings and delicious ice cream. We love creating new flavours, products and a welcoming atmosphere. When you step into our shop, you are stepping into an imaginative world!
We are a small family run business local to Stonehaven, passionate about supporting the local community and dedicated to making a difference. Through support to charities and working with local suppliers, we love to contribute to our small seaside town and beyond!
We work with our key partner ‘Stew’ to create luxury ice cream in a variety of flavours, we share a belief that great ice cream should always use fresh, high quality and local produce. Our coffees are supplied by our good friends in Glasgow, Dear Green. They tick all the boxes, high quality, ethical, sustainable, freshly roasted and delicious
As well as ice cream, we dream up dessert creations, serve high quality hot drinks and always have a fully stocked shop of sweeties and specially curated gifts. We do everything we can to ensure sustainability. Because you and our planet are worth it, sustainable packaging and reduced energy consumption and waste are our key commitments.
The Owners
Meet The McNab Family – the masterminds behind the wonder. Having both the Scotland Business Awards Grand Finalist 2024 and The Sunday Times UK’s Tastiest Ice Cream Shops under their belt, you really should come meet them! Often in about the shop, you may just come across their dog Betty too. Now who wouldn’t want that!
