Aberdeenshire Council - business grants

Aberdeenshire Council has launched two business grant schemes, which may be of interest to you.

Business Start-Up Grant Scheme
This fund is available to start up businesses in Aberdeenshire and offers grants of:

£1,000 – if there is no business premises
£3,000 – if taking on premises

First Employee Grant Scheme
This fund is available to provide grants of £1,000 to help support onboarding a member of staff.

Please note only one grant per business/person is allowed.

Business will be supported through the Business Gateway service and have an advisor appointed to them. Closing date for applications is 28th February 2025, or when funds are exhausted. There are conditions attached - follow the links above for details.
